Terms and Conditions for all memberships

Your Affiliate page and/or  your Email response message SHALL NOT promote,  reference, or suggest any sexually explicit material,  violence, discrimination, mp3, violate intellectual property rights, or  illegal activities.

Global Pro Marketing reserves the right to any or all of the conditions below

1.       To change these terms at any time with out any notice.

2.       Remove an Affiliate who has not been active for more than 60 days.

3.       Email notifications of special offers, changes or updates to its members.

4.       Change the features of this service or web site at any time without any given notice or announcement.

5.       Remove a member from this service if member's activity is deemed inappropriate or unsuitable. 
  (This will be at the discretion of Global Pro Marketing ).

6.       Remove a member from this service if reported to be spamming.

7.       Remove members from this service that are using an invalid email addresses to join or to submit to this Affiliate Community.

8.       You agree not to SPAM any of the email address collected from this service.  Any affiliate reported to be "SPAM'ing" (sending bulk or unsolicited bulk emails to anyone that did not ask for the email) will result in immediate removal from the system and all commissions will be forfeited to Global Pro Marketing and it's affiliates. 
(This will be left at the discretion on Global Pro Marketing).  

For a sale to generate any commissions, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment through the online methods of payment.  There is a 30 day hold on all commissions,  this is for our guarantee policy.  If  after 30 days, the customer decides to keep their product then all commissions will be paid in full as follows. Top level referrer (you) will receive 30%, 2nd level referrer (your referrer) receives 5%.  All commissions minus PayPal charges will automatically be transferred to your Pay Pal account.
